Who we are and what these terms cover

X185Plus is a deterministic code governance platform. It is operated by a solo developer in Australia. X185Plus is a web application. It is not a desktop application. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at x185plus.com and all related services. By creating an account or scanning your code, you agree to follow these rules.

Using our platform

You must be at least 16 years old to use X185Plus. You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Service tiers and fees

We offer several service tiers. You can choose the plan that fits your development needs.

• Developer plan. This is our free plan. It lets you run scans in your browser. It includes optional data sharing to help us improve the platform. We do not provide an uptime guarantee for this tier.
• Pro plan. This plan will cost $29 AUD per month. This plan is coming soon.
• Gold Certificate. This is a one-off purchase of $199 AUD per certificate. Each purchase secures a verified compliance certificate for a specific scan.
• Advanced plan. This tier features custom pricing and features. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Subscription fees and one-off purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card information.

Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with X185Plus. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. This applies to subscriptions and one-off Gold Certificate purchases. Contact us at our support email to request a refund.

Intellectual property and code ownership

You own all intellectual property rights in your source code. We never claim ownership of your code. Your scans run entirely in your web browser. Your code is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share it with us. We will never use your code to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

We own all rights in the X185Plus platform. This includes our proprietary scanner, detectors, design, code, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time. We will do this if you abuse the platform or violate these terms. Examples of abuse include overloading our servers, attempting to access unauthorized accounts, or using the platform for malicious purposes. If we terminate your account, you will lose access to your data and certificates immediately.

Limitation of liability

X185Plus is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees about service uptime, accuracy, or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, loss of data, or damage to your computer systems.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of X185Plus will be handled exclusively in the courts of Queensland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
